Earthwalk started out 27 years ago providing technical mountaineering footwear to New Zealand mountaineers and wilderness users. We collaberated with world leading footwear designers in Italy to produce boots specifically for New Zealand conditions. We have taken these mountaineering design concepts and adapted them into practical everyday work boots.
We are always expanding our product range and still revert to mountaineering concepts, garments and materials when developing new products.
Earthwalk products are delivered via Courier and Rural delivery within New Zealand. This is generally a 2-day service, however may take longer to reach remote destinations.
Shipping to Australia is via economy air and generally takes 3-10 days.
RETURNING A PRODUCT?
If a product is not the right size or not quite what you had in mind return it to us within 10 days in brand new condition and we will exchange it for another size or refund. Please retain your courier tracking number or parcel post receipt in case the goods get lost in transit. Earthwalk Ltd accepts no responsibility for returned parcels which are lost in transit.

We recommend waxing leather work boots to help establish and maintain water resistance.
Do not dry your boots by placing them close to a fire or heater.
Do not use Steel Caps to kick hard objects as this may dislodge the steel cap.
Earthwalk New Zealand guarantees that apparel purchased from our company is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover apparel that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, wear and tear, or improper or inadequate maintenance.
The above guarantees start on the date of purchase. A customer may be required to provide a dated sales or delivery receipt as proof of purchase. Earthwalk, at its discretion will repair or replace apparel that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the guarantee period. In the unlikely event that your Earthwalk footwear has hardware failures or outsole delamination we may elect at our sole discretion, to either repair and replace products (a) with new original parts or (b) equivalent products to an original product that has been discontinued. Replacement or Repair Hardware such as D-rings, Hooks, Rivets and Outsole Screws will either be (a) replaced and repaired by Earthwalk New Zealand or (b) supplied free of charge to the customer for self repair. Complete step by step instructions are provided by Earthwalk for all customer self repair hardware replacements.
The customer is required to organise delivery of Earthwalk products to our repair location for any work covered under our guarantees. Earthwalk will incur the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer. Defective apparel which requires replacement remains the property of Earthwalk New Zealand. Earthwalk guarantees do not exclude, restrict or modify but are in addition to any mandatory rights applicable, in New Zealand, to the sale of our products to you.
